The whole platform, shown at work.

Not a list of buzzwords — a guided tour of what SignInSecure actually does, screen by screen. See how a request becomes a recorded, credential-free session, and how everything is proven afterward.

The reality

Access is the soft underbelly of every business.

01

Shared passwords everywhere

The master logins live in chats, spreadsheets and people's heads. You can't rotate what you can't find.

02

Access that never ends

Contractors and leavers keep their keys for months. Standing access is standing risk.

03

No answer to "who did that?"

When something breaks — or an auditor asks — there's no trustworthy record of who touched what.

Just-in-time access

People ask for access. It approves itself — or gets a second look.

Every request is for a specific system, a specific role, and a set window. Low-risk asks are granted instantly; sensitive ones wait for a second approver. Then it expires on its own.

  • Access that expires automatically — nothing left standing
  • A learned model triages risk; four-eyes sign-off for the big stuff
  • Schedule access to open exactly when a job needs it

Brokered & recorded

They connect in the browser. No password ever changes hands.

SignInSecure injects the login and streams the session — SSH, RDP, databases, Kubernetes — right in the browser. Every keystroke and command is captured, start to finish, ready to replay.

  • Servers, desktops, databases and Kubernetes — one console
  • Full recording of every session, replayable like a video
  • Search recorded commands to answer "who ran that, and where?"

Tamper-evident audit

Every action, on a record that can't be quietly changed.

Each event is chained to the one before it, so a single altered or deleted line breaks the whole chain. When an auditor asks, you hand over proof — not promises.

  • Who did what, from where, down to the minute
  • Mapped to SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA & GDPR
  • Export a clean report, or issue a read-only auditor link

Access map

See exactly where your access is coming from.

Every privileged connection is placed on a live world map. Spot access from a country you don't operate in — and lock that customer down to known networks in a couple of clicks.

  • A geo view across every customer you manage
  • Per-customer IP allowlists — refuse anything unexpected
  • Beautiful, exportable reports for every statistic

No passwords · risk-gated

The password is injected — never revealed. Risky access asks for more.

Logins live in a vault sealed on disk inside your business. People are handed a session, never the secret. And when a connect looks risky, SignInSecure asks for a fresh one-time code before it opens.

  • Passwords never shown, copied or shared
  • Step-up MFA at the moment of access for high-risk connects
  • Credentials rotate on a schedule or after every session

Domain Admin for an hour. Owner for a change window. Then gone — and proven gone.

Grant membership of a customer’s own Active Directory groups, or a role in Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or Entra ID, for exactly as long as the work takes. The gateway on their network makes the change, reads it back, and removes it on its own clock — even if it cannot reach us.

  • The customer lists what may be granted on their own gateway — we cannot grant anything else
  • Nothing reads as removed until the directory or cloud shows it gone
  • Access reviews across every customer, with no self-review and no silent “kept”
  • Your own platform admins can be just-in-time too

Network operations

Every switch, router and firewall, backed up — and every change, attributed.

Cisco, Junos, Arista and FortiOS configurations are read nightly and sealed with the customer’s key before they leave the network. Compare any two versions in the browser, catch drift, and see which recorded session made the change.

  • Diff and drift detection, joined to the session that caused it
  • Compliance scored per device — an unknown is never counted as a pass
  • Inventory from NetBox, metrics to Prometheus, a golden config to compare against

How it works

Live in three easy steps.

1

Switch it on

A small, secure helper sits inside your business and quietly reaches out — nothing to open to the internet.

2

Ask for access

People request what they need, for how long. It's risk-scored; sensitive roles get a second pair of eyes.

3

Get to work

They're connected instantly — no password changes hands — and everything is recorded and proven.

Explore every capability
